Description:Assist F-35 Production Control group department manager as assigned. Provide support in all phases of F-35 HT/VT Production activity, F-22 Canopy Shop and Scheduling of F35 Global Sustainment Spares. Track status of all work in process, follow up on corrective actions as needed. Work with planning to finalize work instructions. Coordinates interdepartmental activity with Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Control, Shipping, Traffic, Contract Administration and Global Sustainment. Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders.
Basic Qualifications:
SAP experience
MRP Planning, Requirements and Bill of Material (BOM) interpretation experience
Understanding of Supply Chain Management process
Understanding of the Repair process
Understanding of Fabrication builds and back shops
Experience with Production schedules
Kanban process – handling operating supplies
Experienced using Microsoft products
Desired Skills:
SAP knowledge and ability to work efficiently within Production Control (PC) functions and screens in SAP. PC knowledge and experience. Knowledge of and ability to work efficiently with SFM and QADs. Ability to utilize Access and Excel. Line of Balance experience. Understanding of the Customer Repair Process. Global Sustainment experience with spares and kits. Experience with Change Board councils. Experience in change management/6S/process improvement activities. Constraints Management experience. . Ability to attain Secret Clearance
