Job Responsibilities
Description:
You will be the Facilities Project/Program Management Coordinator (FPPMC) (Category 1 – on site, full time) responsible for delivering integrated facilities projects and program support across the enterprise.
What You Will Be Doing
• Execute internal procedures to manage A&E selection, SOW review/approval, design reviews, and Secure Information Exchange (SIE) status
• Track A&E workload and performance; recruit and interview new A&Es and construction contractors; coordinate summits
• Support Overhead (OH) budget planning/related duties
• Serve as CC Challenge Enterprise Category Lead for Rearrangement
• Lead quarterly drawing process updates, specification development, estimation reviews, and business process reviews
• Chair Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) meetings, FSR three site job plan reviews, FSR criteria reviews, 1LMX Marietta POC, weekly OH FSR reviews, invoice audits, and weekly SCM priority meetings
• Delivers leadership support by reviewing new/large projects, leading the classified space delivery working group, and creating associated processes and procedures
• Handles FE project duties by executing assigned PM tasks, mentoring on processes, developing and streamlining procedures, serving as the CMMS expert, and managing purchases via purchasing card
• Facilitates successful intern and new hire projects by assigning meaningful work, arranging required physical and computer system access, provisioning equipment in advance, and coordinating equipment return upon departure
• Acts as the FE systems and procedures authority, covering the LM Capital Project Database (DRDB), CMMS, employee access, financial tools, non employee badging, training & tracking, FOD management, Aero procedures, flight line operations, and Teams collaboration
• Leads book club
FPPMC – Capital Budget Role
• Liaise with Aero Capital Portfolio Managers to support the Aero Capital Manager.
• Monitor/report capitalization tracking
• Prepare and present initial, monthly, mid year, and spend plan updates
• Monitor project submittals to ensure procurements align with spend plans
• Consolidate and review expenditure performance with Facilities Management and Project Managers
• Gather Marietta future requirement data, coordinate planning meetings, and feed information into the Capital Project Database
• Assist programs and site users with project plan estimates, updating templates
• Align project schedules, expenditures, and LM PM tool inputs for OH, LM Capital, and Air Force projects
• Rank and consolidate projects for LM Leadership meetings and complete Capital Excellence Plan
FPPMC – On Call PO Duties
• Manage on call purchase orders
• Handle SOWs, contracts, template updates, procurements, annual RS Means renewals, audits, releases, funding allocations, plotter purchases
FPPMC – Contract & Support Role
• Manages SOW Template and other procurement documentation for service contracts
• Oversee contractor onboarding: badge/placard issuance, access to software, and computer equipment/support

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience considered
Minimum 5 years of Facilities related projects, budgets (spreadsheets) and presentations experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility including equipment layouts, and/or mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction.
Experienced in using Microstation/CAD to produce layouts and construction documents
(Examples - Microstation/AutoCAD/Catia)
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Project Management experience in working a project from conception to completion
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Desired Skills:
Experience in industrial/manufacturing project planning, design, estimating, project management and construction management. Capable of planning and conducting tasks requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard design engineering techniques, procedures, criteria and selection of A&E/contractor firms
Extensive experience in different types of corporate and industrial environment computer/software programs including the full Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of how to handle asbestos and lead issues
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Strong time management skills that enable on-time effort/project delivery
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and difficult environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
