This position is located at Luke AFB, AZ and will support the F-35 Program. The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) leads a diverse team of Information System Security Officers (ISSO) and provides oversight and direction in the performance of cybersecurity tasks and compliance on assigned systems utilizing JSIG, NIST, A&A BoE and other cyber governance.

The ISSM has overall responsibility for the F-35 cybersecurity program. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the coordination and execution of continuous monitoring activities, audit log review, incident response, user training, media control, configuration of secure information systems, development of A&A artifacts and implementation of risk mitigation strategies for complex simulation, training, logistics and operational systems supporting F-35. This role provides guidance to LM and Government customers for all F-35 system boundaries at Luke AFB. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Mission requirements may require other than first-shift work. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• Have and maintain current DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification.
• Experience with the application of cybersecurity principles, methodologies and concepts, including RMF experience and implementing NIST SP 800-53 Security Controls.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others to gain support.
• Effective interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Final Transferable Secret security clearance; last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last six (6) years or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
Desired Skills:
• Experience as an Information Systems Security Manager.
• Experience leading diverse, high functioning teams; specifically, cybersecurity professionals.
• Experience with the day to day operations of an F-35 site including one or more of the multiple F-35 boundaries supporting training and flying operations, such as Pilot Training Devices, Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), Mission Planning Environment and Support Equipment.
• Project management experience.
• Experience working w/ SAP and/or SCI.
• Experience working in a military environment.
• Experience working with Foreign Nationals.
