Administrative Assistant Senior

Description:The applicant will provide administrative support for LM management and employees assigned to Luke F-35 support operations and maintain high level of personal dedication while performing a variety of administrative duties and other tasks as needed. Individual will monitor and manage email, appointment calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting/reconciliation, meeting arrangements and visit request/agenda. Applicant will be the LM liaison for government facilities maintenance requests. Candidate will manage P-Cards and purchase per guidance. Demonstrates high proficiency with standard desk top software (full complement of Microsoft Office Suite) to access LM systems, compose correspondence, create / update spreadsheets and create / update presentation slides. Assures administrative detail on all projects updates and statuses delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines; handles all inquiries within capacity; provides backup materials for callbacks; optimizes commitments to maximize leaders' operations. The candidate must be proactive, a self-starter, demonstrate high level of initiative, strong work time efficiency; screens visitors to control interruptions and preserve leaders' schedules; provides meeting backup data as needed and arranges all amenities for same. Selected candidate will need to exercise discretion and sound judgment, relieving program staff of details not requiring their involvement. Candidate must have a secret interim clearance to start and maintain a secret clearance throughout employment.
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High proficiency with full Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Proficient with Travel Scheduling and Expense Reporting.
Able to multi-task and handle requests from multiple leaders supported in a timely manner.
Efficient, organized, and good time management skills.
Flexibility in work hours.
Desired Skills:
Proficient with LM Travel Reservation and Expense Reporting
Highly proficiency in Organizational skills
International Travel Reservation and Expense Reporting experience is a plus.
Able to take on various stretch assignments (example: Metrics presentations, meeting presentations, etc).
Undergraduate degree
