Description:• Serves as a Staff Industrial Developer supporting the Middle East and Africa regions.
• Coordinates with cross functional teams to complete projects and provide deliverables to contractual dates within budgeted financial performance associated with the overall offset program.
• Develops “WIN” Industrial Development strategies and leads proposal development. Investigates potential offset-related beneficiaries and companies.

• Serves as a key stakeholder in International Capture Teams to analyze a country’s Industrial Development regulations, requirements and aligning customer industrial expectations to Lockheed Martin’s business objectives.
• Conducts or coordinates initial industry evaluations to determine capability range in support of developing an industrial strategy.
• Compiles reports of industrial, economic, and associated political factors in preparation for the capture phase. Identifies potential in-country strategic industrial partnerships or investment opportunities that support offset credit solution for captures and keep-sold efforts.
• Coordinates and secures commitments of Lockheed Martin resources to support IP projects. Functions as the primary point of contact with Industrial Development customers and has routine contact with Lockheed Martin suppliers and other international companies.
• Responsible for integration of the assigned cross-functional team in developing international industry partnership opportunities as well as associated agreements. Leads negotiations of Industrial Development agreements, project credits, terms and conditions, and Statements of Work with international governments and industry
• Identifies necessary materials and resources, develops and supports offset project plans, offset project schedules, and partners with other managers and functional personnel to ensure success of assigned programs.
• Engagement with other LM teams, to include interfacing with RMS in-country supply chain personnel; collecting and validating necessary industry documentation to support credit claims and other required tasks.
• Supports engagements and interactions with offset organizations within foreign governments to understand applicable regulations and expectations.
• Works with and maintains offset agreements with offset customers.
• Implements offset program requirements that satisfy commitments on schedule and within program budget.
• Supports reporting on offset progress, and ensures offset commitments are implemented in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Tasking may include although will not be limited to identification, documenting and development of applicable process and procedures, support of offset project development, proposal development, development of program metrics and tracking of program progress.
• Manages overall Industrial Development program and acts as a Industrial Development customer contact responsible for maintaining effective relationship within foreign governments and key industries.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of indirect Industrial Development programs and support of direct activities in alignment with corporate-wide objectives/strategies.
• Manages offset reports, credit claims, and awards, supports internal/external program reviews, Provides reporting on offset progress, and ensures offset commitments are implemented in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, and responds to offset-related audits, when applicable.
• Participates as a member of Lockheed Martin international Industrial Development Country Teams (IDCT) for the country(s) assigned and ensures a OneLM approach to Industrial Development activities
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in one/more of the following areas:
- International Programs
- International Contract Negotiations or Negotiations
- Program Management
- Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management
- Industrial Development/Offset program/project management
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process understanding
- Coordination of LM with various government entities
Desired Skills:
• Experience with proposal writing, ability to develop and / or evaluate business plans and financial risk analysis.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in-country in both a team environment as well as independently with guidance from senior members of the organization

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
