THE WORK
*** This position is a Flex 4x10 schedule, working Thursday thru Sunday, 6:00AM-4:30 PM
Position may require an irregular schedule and overtime ***

Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing such as assembly, inspection, machining, materials and testing.
Provides direct Supervision to represented and exempt subordinates using established policies and procedures.
Develops work assignments and assesses performance of subordinates.
Completes activities on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work instructions.
Interface with peers across functions and programs to achieve business goals.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure, and delivers information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsible for creating a Culture of Accountability and demonstrating the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives on a daily basis.
Ensure a safe work environment through collaboration with ESH, communication of safety policy, accident investigation and through corrective actions

Basic Qualifications:
• Experienced with managing and coordination of multi-functional responsibilities in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lead a multi functional team and manage/resolve employee conflict.
• Understanding of working with represented employees.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal supervision is required.
• Consistent record of high performance, with the ability to accept responsibility, exercise authority and be held accountable for assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in SAP, Solumina, EPDM, Autotime, Tableau and MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Outlook.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for use at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data such as schedules, cost data, and factory performance metrics.

**Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance. Failure to obtain and retain secret clearance status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.**

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
