As a Technical Talent Sourcer you will help surface the top talent that enables us to be the foremost defense contractor in the U.S.. You will work on the Space Talent Acquisition (TA) team, supporting our most critical sourcing needs. We partner with our business to identify critical and strategic needs, delivering best-in-class talent. Sourcers within TA do not perform full life cycle recruiting; instead, they focus on “the hunt,” generating prospects and candidates for our critical and hard to find skill sets.

This position may be performed as virtual work with some travel to Space Office locations where needed.

What your days will include:

•Researching and sourcing resumes from varied sources, with a particular focus on internet and networking research, for skills in support of ongoing hiring needs and talent pipelines;
•Crafting targeted sourcing strategies for niche and commodity skills;
•Using state of the art sourcing tools;
•Designing and executing research projects into competitor organizations, including direct outreach to prospects;
•Advising team members ad hiring managers on
•Collaborating with internal sourcing and recruiting teammates and management to achieve Talent Acquisition goals;
•Networking both externally and internally to gain access to more prospective candidates and to keep current on “all things sourcing;”
•Surface world-class cleared software and engineering talent with innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a corporate, agency or executive search recruiter or researcher;

- Superior internet sourcing skills, including expert understanding of Boolean searching;

- Tenacious ability to conduct exhaustive research via internet search, social media tools, enterprise applicant tracking system, print material, and the telephone;

- Experience sourcing a wide variety of technical/engineering candidates

- Expertise in the Cleared Talent domain;

- Expertise with Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing and Avature

- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, Seekout; or other OSINT tools

Typical candidate will possess Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise with highly cleared national security and cyber security sourcing;
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and staffing procedures, particularly as they relate to a defense contractor;
- Knowledge of applicable HR related federal regulations including EEO.
