We are seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join a dynamic team of professionals to participate in the planning/execution of Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO) mechanical and electrical floor operations.
• Assist in developing automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft assembly/testing at both the factory and the launch site
• Have sound organization and troubleshooting skills and understand hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities
• Be willing to work in a 24/7 operations environment which may include some overtime and support off-shifts and/or weekends/holidays
• Review and analyze telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies SV functionality and meets SV performance requirements.
• Document test anomalies found during test execution.
• Support Program System Engineering and CPEs in the verification of test requirements.
• Support trouble shooting to resolve operations/ test anomalies.
• Understand and perform job duties using the principles and disciplines of SV Test Engineering including policy, procedures, process discipline, operations, safety, and command media.
• Must have active TS/SCI Clearance

• Typically has 5 or more years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Assembly OPs/ testing and problem solving for integrated systems
• Willingness to work overtime supporting off-shifts and weekends/holidays in a 24/7 operations environment as needed
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience in an assembly/integration and test environment, preferably in aerospace, to include an understanding of the test process
• Experience in space vehicle test operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and digital multi-meters
• Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in SV Integration and Test including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations
• Ability to work alternate shifts when required
• Ability to maintain process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to grow and seek new challenges
• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
• Demonstrated experience in Assembly operations/Test operations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
• Demonstrated technical writing and communication skills with experience writing system level test plans, test procedures, and test information sheets
