Lockheed Martin is looking for a dedicated Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join the test team within the Systems Test Architecture and Engineering organization. You will perform as an Electrical Test Engineer and Certified Test Conductor responsible for safe execution of electrical test scripts and test procedures during all satellite test phases including pre and post environment system performance tests, acoustic tests, solar array deployment tests, thermal vacuum tests, and PIM/EMI/EMC tests.

As a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will:
• Participate in the planning/execution of Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO) electrical floor operations
• Be responsible for developing automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft testing at both the factory and the launch site
• Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities
• Be willing to work in a 24/7 operations environment which may include some overtime and support off-shifts and/or weekends/holidays
• Support the improvement of developed automated test scripts, procedures, telemetry displays, limit files, Test Information Sheets, and other documentation used to conduct Space Vehicle (SV) and Subsystem level testing at the Factory and at the Launch Base.
• Lead the review and analysis of telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies SV functionality and meets SV performance requirements.
• Document test anomalies found during test execution.
• Support Program System Engineering and CPEs in the verification of test requirements.
• Support trouble shooting to resolve test anomalies.
• Understand and perform job duties using the principles and disciplines of SV Test Engineering including policy, procedures, process discipline, operations, safety, and command media.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems
• Willingness to work overtime supporting off-shifts and weekends/holidays in a 24/7 operations environment
• Current Final Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
• Experience in a test and requirements verification environment
• Experience in Space Vehicle (SV) Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical ground test equipment
• Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test, including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
• Specific, demonstrated experience in RF testing, using RF test equipment, and troubleshooting complex RF test setups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
• Demonstrated technical writing and communication skills with experience writing system level test plans, test procedures, and test information sheets
