Lockheed Martin is looking for a dedicated Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join a dynamic team of professionals.

As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will:
• Participate in the planning/execution of Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO) electrical floor operations
• Assist in developing automated test scripts, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft testing at both the factory and the launch site
• Have sound organization and troubleshooting skills and understand hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities
• Be willing to work in a 24/7 operations environment which may include some overtime and support off-shifts and/or weekends/holidays
• Review and analyze telemetry and test data, ensuring generated data accurately verifies SV functionality and meets SV performance requirements
• Document test anomalies found during test execution and troubleshoot to resolve
• Understand and perform job duties using the principles and disciplines of SV Test Engineering including policy, procedures, process discipline, operations, safety, and command media

Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems
• Willingness to work overtime supporting off-shifts and weekends/holidays in a 24/7 operations environment
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly
Desired Skills:
• Experience in a test and requirements verification environment
• Experience in Space Vehicle (SV) Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical ground test equipment
• Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test
• Specific, demonstrated experience in RF testing, using RF test equipment, and troubleshooting complex RF test setups
• Experience working in the test lab environment; exposure to structural and environmental test.
• Experience with data manipulation in Matlab, Python, and Excel; structured programming experience
• Familiarity with automated test equipment
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
• Demonstrated technical writing and communication skills with experience writing system level test plans, test procedures, and test information sheets
• Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
• Active TS/SCI security clearance w/poly, and additional screening will apply
