The Systems Engineer IT Asc Manager is responsible for the staffing, management, and execution of providing critical technical representatives to field locations. This includes coordinating across multiple classified programs & locations to lead a geographically dispersed team to meet customer onsite support to ensure 100% operational mission support.

Specific responsibilities include:
• You will be joining the C2 Ground first line management team responsible for the leadership and management of personnel producing & integrating complex integrated ground systems supplied to The Skunkworks™ and other customers.
• Managing the overall field service representative support for the C2 Ground Family of Program.
• This Position will be responsible for resource management at customer sites, defining staffing needs & requirements, creating training plans for new field engineers to reduce training times, and assisting fielded engineers with technical and functional issues.
• The selected candidate will also provide mentorship to staff to increase knowledge continuity within team and grow talent within the organization
• This position requires interaction, planning and coordination with multiple discipline engineering/maintenance teams & programs.
• This position will require strong organizational, written and communication skills.
• This position will require travel (up to 30%) to customer facilities to provide onsite management support
• Experience of supporting and/or working within the Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Programs, other Special Programs divisions internally or externally, and/or Special Access Programs (SAPs) are strongly desired.

Basic Qualifications:
- Expertise and demonstrated experience with elements of the System Engineering IT and operational discipline
- Ability to work and interact with multiple engineering disciplines
- Ground Segment development, integration, or operations experience
- Strong organizational, communication, writing, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Past or Present Field Service Engineer experience
- System Administration Experience
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
- Current/Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Development & Integration experience
- Onsite mission support or Field Service support experience
