This position is for a Systems Engineer/Test Engineer with knowledgeable experience in the SIGINT domain. Candidate will provide full life cycle systems engineering support to a mature reporting system including requirements analysis and derivation, systems design, integration, training, testing, and system verification activities. Candidate shall leverage extensive operational experience within the AF DCGS while reviewing customer requirements to fully understand the operational scope of the requirement, deliver valuable feedback to the customer, and provide guidance during the product development to ensure operational needs are met. The candidate will thoroughly test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered. The Systems Engineer/Test Engineer will develop and execute Acceptance Test plans and procedures, prepare and assess the system readiness, provide test data for analysis, write test reports, and conduct briefs/debriefs with the customer. The candidate should have a broad background in system testing, sensor integration, and SIGINT operations. The candidate should have working knowledge of SIGINT solutions sufficient to support customer operators and be willing to support activities at ground sites as required.

Additionally, the successful candidate will develop, format, edit and manage critical user documentation and content; corresponding with the system development. This required documentation accompanies the system and is required to be available upon delivery of the product.

Applicants selected will be subject to a
government security investigation and must
meet eligibility requirements for access to
classified information. The selected candidate
will be expected to travel to Air Force sites for
software installations/maintenance and will need
to become Security+ certified.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimal 4+ years of SIGINT experience, systems testing, verification, and integration (Install) with the AF DCGS systems.

• Experience in coordinating with field testing and integration for advanced data link functions

• Experience with Joint interface Control Cell (JICC)/Air Operations Center (AOC) to designate appropriate message designation for Intel support to the tactical warfighter

• Experience with Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) to ensure the network can support enhance capabilities

• Experience with Tactical Data Link (TDL) reporting and Data Link standards

• Experience in creating and updating demonstrations, Training and Documentation packages

- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI

• 4+ years as a SIGINT operator within the AF DCGS systems

• 4+ years with Signal Reconnaissance products (RIM/MSCS)

• Experience with Signal Reconnaissance products (CETS/SEAM/SDE)

• Sound presentation skills (oral and written)

• Significant travel (must be willing and capable of travel domestically and internationally for several weeks at a time throughout the year)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
