Senior Financial Analyst

Description:The mission of the GPS III (Global Positioning System) program Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team is to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional products and innovative business solutions while inspiring team member engagement and growth. In support of this objective, GPS F&BO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst interested in joining a high impact, cross-functional team, in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be responsible for many aspects of the Earned Value Management (EVM) monthly business process. Including but not limited to managing projects within COBRA Earned Value Management System as a Super Business Operations (SBOps) analyst, EVM compliance, analysis of large data sets, and developing weekly and monthly reports, including contractually required Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR) and other Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) reports.

Looking for an energetic individual with previous experience with Earned Value Management, and financial analysis, using large data sets and metrics.

This person must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. US Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards, policies, procedures, and implementation
- Excellent communication, organization, and strong analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products; advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple high priority deliverables with conflicting deadlines
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin EVMS Requirements (PPMP-01) and Systems (COBRA, wInsight, MRP, SAP)
- Experience in multiple F&BO functions a plus (FP&A, Material, Production Operations, Contracts, Planning, Estimating, Cost Control)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to identify process improvements and see ideas through to implementation
- Quick learner with aptitude for systems and processes
