In this RF Asc Manager role, you will:
•Lead the RF and High Voltage area and will be responsible for assigning work on the shop floor.
•Manage work assignments for a team of approximately 20 hourly personnel.
•Ensure adequate training and onboarding of new test technicians.
•Be responsible for ensuring the shop follows 6S principles.
•Interface directly with customer representatives to provide hardware status.
•Work with the team to resolve issues as they arrive.
•Work with supporting organizations to optimize processes and ensure greater efficiencies throughout the shop.
•Interface regularly with Manufacturing Senior Leadership, Program Leadership, and support personnel, providing an opportunity to learn RF Manufacturing and Test principles in a multi-program, fast-paced environment.

This position is located in the RF Manufacturing Center of Excellence, in Littleton CO.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or combined education/experience.
Desired Skills:
•Familiarity with SAP, VECAMS, and Automation Framework.
•Experience working in a fast-paced Manufacturing and Test environment.
•Leadership experience.
