Do you have a passion for working on emerging technologies?

You will be responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, risk, resources, and technical performance for ESA programs across the Enterprise. Overall responsibility includes program management of IRADs, CRADs, and programs from conceptual design, engineering development, and product delivery. Program Management responsibilities include oversight of the programs including financials, CAM, technical feasibility, ensuring achievable schedules are baselined and managed, evaluating and monitoring program risks, and staffing programs. You will also manage programs via integrated product teams (IPTs), and requires coordination across with ESA products team, RF CoE, and Space LOBs. You will be responsible for developing and tracking a common set of metrics for all ESA programs and providing monthly status to RF CoE Senior and LOB Leadership. We will look to you for developing the next generation of project leaders.

You are someone who possesses strong leadership skills to lead the team through different development timelines while also working with the customer to develop and manage the efforts. You should also possess excellent communication skills to understand the customer mission needs, work with them to understand their available resources and manage their expectations.

Basic Qualifications:
• More than 15 years in aerospace/defense related systems.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience.
• Detailed knowledge of engineering and program planning throughout life cycle phases.
• Relevant experience leading team through conceptual design, program level requirements reviews, design reviews, and delivery of products.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Broad RF Engineering skills with a good understanding of ESAs
• Experience with broad set of customers.
• Experience in project or product management
• Demonstrated leadership driving technical issues to closure.
• Active TS/SCI
