As an RF Engineer within RF Products group at LM Space, you will lead design and delivery of high reliability, mission critical radio frequency hardware. In this role you will work closely with both customer and production to ensure successful completion to technical requirements and schedule. You will also work with team leadership defining future technology roadmaps and pursuits.
Typically has 7 - 14 years of experience

Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or related field of study
Ability to support programs from new business to delivery including proposal support, concept development, and post-delivery technical support.
Ability to support program gates such as the Systems Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), while leading technical development
Experience developing and analyzing technical requirements, performing trade studies, and allocating functions down to RF payloads, subsystems and/or components
Lab experience working with RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and/or arbitrary waveform generators
Experience defining end-to-end performance and functionality of RF payloads and/or subsystems, consistent with mission needs and CONOPS
Ability to coordinate with vendors and other team members in the development of passive/active RF systems
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead teams.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) and/or Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTAs) and their linearization.
Experience with DC, digital, analog, and RF mixed signal design.
Experience with high frequency RF board layout and design.
A MS in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency with the development of specifications and interface definitions for digitally processed RF payloads

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $111,700 - $186,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
This position is incentive plan eligibleAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
