As part of the ESA Team you will:
· Perform antenna design and analysis of passive RF Front End designs, which include horns, polarizers, waveguide filters, and Radomes.
· Develop SystemVue ESA models for accurate G/T, EIRP, pattern, and system predictions
· Support in the development of test plans and coordinating tests for design verification units of AWG hardware, including, but not limited to antennas, filters, polarizers, and feed networks.
· Coordination with Mechanical Packaging Engineering group to update designs drawings for manufacturing and assembly
· Support development and modification of Beam Weight Algorithms and analysis codes for the ESA product portfolio
· Coordinate and support requirements analysis and decomposition
· Coordinate with your IPT lead for work
priorities and to report progress
· Support Ad Hoc tasking by Program technical leaders
· Promote sharing ideas, Lockheed Martin

Basic Qualifications:
· Experience or Knowledge of RF antenna design

· Understanding of antenna pattern design and analysis

· Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related subject

· The ability and willingness to obtain and keep at least a DOD Secret Security clearance

· Experience using Matlab or similar tools to model dynamic electromagnetic fields and radiation patterns
Desired Skills:
· Proficient working with RF design simulation
tools –ADS, HFSS, Matlab/SIMULINK, SystemVue

· Understanding of RF communications systems
link budget analysis

· Knowledge of RF
components and subsystems, current and
evolving knowledge of critical RF subsystem
suppliers

· Master’s degree in EE, physics, or similar subject

· Working knowledge of phased array design and how to optimize phased array performance

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $74,900 - $124,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
