This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Civil Space (CCS) Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) team. CCS is focused on delivering cutting edge technologies to NASA / JPL and commercial satellite customers worldwide. With the initiative to land on the moon by 2024, CCS is ramping up for large scale proposals this year.

The CCS F&BO organization is searching for a skilled Proposal Price Analyst to join our team and help deliver high quality proposals for the CCS organization. This position will report directly to the CCS Senior Proposal Manager.

As a member of the Commercial Civil Space Estimating Team, you will be responsible for managing the proposal lifecycle. This includes developing, analyzing, and pricing estimates for CCS program proposals as well as supporting negotiations and final agreement. Proposals will include both FAR compliant as well as Commercial International FFP pursuits.

Responsible for developing FAR/TINA/CAS compliant proposal estimates and supporting customer audits, fact-finding, negotiations and interfacing with all levels of management. Will conduct financial analyses of business pursuits to support business case assessments and the ability to multitask and handle large volumes of data.

Looking for an energetic individual with pricing experience who can drive proposal submittals to closure through collaboration and coordination with engineering and management.

Occasional overtime will be required. Must be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree.

Minimum 4 years experience in Estimating, Price/Cost Analysis or other related field.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel spreadsheets.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with current LM Finance and Business.

Management processes and practices.

Familiarity with ProPricer, GenBOE, and SAP.

Broad-based financial background.

Knowledge of escalation and learning curves.
