Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an mid-career level Project Management and Planning Operations Rep to join our mission in the new Lockheed Martin Space Engineering Planning organization. In this role you will be responsible for the resource loaded MS Project plan for a portfolio of projects within a large central engineering organization.

Summary of Key Duties

• You will work closely with all Project Engineers within the Electronics Packaging group to develop detailed execution plans, facilitate status updates, and assess execution performance of short and long term efforts.

• You will be responsible for providing labor analysis, resource forecasts, earned value inputs, and execution performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
• Previous Project Planning experience

• Proven ability in utilizing MS Project and MS Excel for scheduling and analysis

• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, Risk Management and Capacity Planning
Desired Skills:
• Firm Understanding of Earned Value

• Self-Starter and motivated to contribute to process improvements

• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, EPDM and Data Warehouse

• Knowledge of Labor Analysis

• Experience in industrial engineering

• Root Cause and Corrective Action experience and mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects within given scope and deadlines

• Strong relationship builder with customer and team members with the ability to diplomatically work through problems
