This Sr. level role will support the Lockheed Martin Space Business Transformation Office with the following primary areas of focus:

1) Provide Project Management support for a multi-million-dollar Real Time Asset Tracking (RTAT) solution based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) hardware technology, and a COTS SaaS Platform running on the AWS GovCloud.
2) Lead/support the planning, design, implementation, verification, installation, sustainment, risk assessment, and cost/savings analysis of the project.
3) Coordinate with Operations, Programs, Facilities, Networking, Security, Communications, and IT teams for the design and implementation of this capability across all Space sites.
4) Assess and implement new use cases and technologies.
5) Partner with those responsible for the equipment tagging and infrastructure installation during all phases of the project.
6) Establish strategies to increase effectiveness, improve efficiency, and enhance the value of the RTAT system in a multi-campus environment throughout the United States.
7) Identify and implement business process changes to help optimize this technology insertion.
8) Apply cybersecurity standard methodologies to ensure high compliance status is met.
9) Drive the enablement of tracking technologies in classified environments.
10) Maintain and develop documentation as necessary.

This role is instrumental in defining, planning, and executing Intelligent Factory Projects within the Space Business Transformation Intelligent Factory team reporting under the Real-Time Asset Tracking Project Manager, and as such, will be expected to communicate their responsibilities up to Leadership regularly and proactively, across the Business Transformation broader team.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Project Management experience with demonstrated skills in the planning and execution of technically complex cross-functional projects on accelerated timelines.
2. Proven ability to work across organizational and geographic boundaries. Engage multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and senior leadership.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with solid presentation skills and capable of briefing audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge
5. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing, Production, or related field or equivalent experience.
6. Ability to travel periodically as needed to meet business objectives.
Desired Skills:
a) Knowledgeable and passionate about Digital Transformation efforts with a proven track record of successfully working these types of initiatives.
b) Understanding of development, deployment and sustainment of IT systems, architectures, and applications.
c) Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Space production operations, manufacturing, and test operations and processes
d) Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.
e) Demonstrated knowledge and experience executing with agile processes and tools such as Jira.
f) Decisive, results-driven, and comfortable assessing and working with managed risk.
g) Test/Integration experience.
