Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks a mid-career level Project Engineer/Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our mission. As our CAM, support the RF Center of Excellence (COE) on the Cougar program. Duties include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the technical/schedule/cost performance for Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT), Program Management, Lasercomm, and processor control accounts with overarching responsibility for the other accounts as a mentor to another more junior CAM.

This work will be performed on-site full time at our Littleton campus.

Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will...

• Drive execution to deliver assigned products, including management of handoffs between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other performing organizations. Includes collaboration with supply chain and program management to effectively manage suppliers
• Address any parts procurement status, headcount challenges, resource constraints, or safety and quality issues
• Manage control account performance and elevate concerns/issues to program management and/or other impacted stakeholders
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement approved actions
• Manage resources, analyze trends, and develop analytics to ensure credible schedules and Estimates at Complete (EACs)
• Identify and manage control accounts’ schedule health and critical path
• Analyze and report variances and proactively implement corrective actions
• Ensure all Program Performance Management (PPM) required documentation is complete and meets compliance requirements for responsible control accounts
• Ensure current CAM certification and training is always maintained
• Work closely with the RF COE Program Manager to ensure the program business rhythms provide the appropriate visibility required to ensure PPM compliance is effectively monitored, and complete all applicable tasks and actions in accordance with PPM requirements

Our employees working in this level of position typically have 10 - 15 years of experience.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of prior organizational/project lead implementation experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading projects with schedule and cost constraints

• CAM or CAM delegate experience

• Experience with Earned Value Management

• Proposal, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and negotiations experience

• Risk and Opportunity Management experience

• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with the RF product line

• Demonstrated project management experience and problem-solving skills

• Ability to partner and work effectively with key stakeholders

• Experience driving continuous improvement and common process across diverse stakeholder groups

• Ability to develop solutions to problems which require the use of ingenuity and innovation

• Ability to ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products with advanced Excel skill

• Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Forms

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $97,500 - $186,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible."
Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
