As our new Program Quality Manager, you will need to be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, and has the desire and ability to influence and foster collaboration and teamwork to generate results with impact.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Quality Engineers and Analysts supporting Military Support Programs.
- Your team is responsible for overseeing collaboration with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place, ensuring that products meet requirements throughout the life cycle (subcontracts to delivery), monitoring the quality systems for deficiency identification and correction, ensuring corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements, and continuous improvement of processes.
- You will participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) and program reviews and interface with the external customer on a regular basis
- Be responsible for employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions for your team of Program Quality Engineers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in technical discipline (e.g., engineering field) or equivalent discipline (e.g., math, physics, chemistry, etc.)
- 3 years leadership experience
- Experience with Quality Processes
- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and organization skills
- Active TS/SCI Clearance and US Citizenship required to start
Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, including metrics development and data analysis, that provide the required insight to improve and optimize execution
- Demonstrated experience implementing continuous process improvements
- 10 years related experience in Quality, Production, or Engineering environment
- Experience collaborating with suppliers, supply chain management, engineering, manufacturing, & external customers
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
