Our facility in Littleton, CO has an excellent Program Planning Associate Manager opportunity to work within the Special Programs organization. In this Program Planning Associate Manager role you will provide leadership to Program planners in the preparation/coordination of schedules for new and existing programs. Responsibilities will include:

• Supervise the creation, maintenance and compliance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

• Ensure that all schedule performance for the program is updated, analyzed, and monitored for monthly status, logic, and network analysis and support Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements

• Late Start and Finish task metrics and backup documentation.

• Supports Program Manager and Senior Planning Manager in development of Program Performance Review (PPR), Special Programs Line of Business (LOB) Review, Business Program Management Review (PMR) and Critical Box Reviews packages. Provides planning skill development to program planners performing LMCommit reviews

• Brief customer as required in support of Business PMRs, and Schedule Deep Dives

• Special assignments will arise on a periodic basis and may require working additional hours to achieve hard deadlines.

• Implements PPM requirements within the organization for successful Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Surveillance Reviews

This position will tap your expert Program Planning skills, including extension hardware/subcontracts/software planning, Earned Value planning, logic networking experience, and in-depth Program Performance Management Directive (PPMD) knowledge. You will need to be able to interface and work closely with various Program Managers, Finance and Business Operations Managers, Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads and peers/team members. Must have MS Project & MS Project Server experience. Additionally, your full understanding of hardware and software planning will be imperative to ensure integration and work issues.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree with relevant, professional work experience
• 6-8 years of program planning experience
• Microsoft Project experience
• Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
• Integrated Program Master Schedule (IMS) experience
• Schedule development and management experience
• Planning and organizing skills
• Communication skills
• Formal or informal leadership experience
• Must be a United States citizen
• Must have an active current TS/SCI security clearance.
Must be willing to take a CI Polygraph
Desired Skills:
• Full understanding of the Corporate, Space Program Performance Management Plan
• Previous experience with Surveillance Review and Integrated Baseline Reviews
• Schedule Health Metrics and Schedule Performance Metrics experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) experience• Experience leading a cross functional team
• Experience managing multi project IMSs
