Description:Lockheed Martin Space is looking for an entry level Program Planner to support the Program Planning team. If you are an enthusiastic, self-starter eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, come join our team and help us achieve mission success.

Our new Program Planning team member must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, be able to lead by example, and have the ability to influence and foster collaboration and teamwork that generates impactful results. You will be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations.

As a Program Planner you will interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate customer requirements into the program baseline. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program.

Our Program Planning team works with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. We assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required. We serve as liaisons by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling data and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering.

Ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly Clearance required for this role.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or other related field or discipline.


This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
