Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an early career level Manufacturing Support Team Member/Scheduler to join our mission. In this role you will build, maintain, and execute manufacturing schedules for a Mechanical Manufacturing Center (MMC). You will be a part of high-level decision making for programs and critical milestones and will play an integral role in keeping production on schedule. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working numerous challenges needing to be solved in a timely manner, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your planning skills and interact with multiple business areas to help further develop your career.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….
Perform planning, execution, and maintenance of demand, and supply orders for assigned material components and subassemblies
Provide timely status of work products and/or problem identification and resolution as part of shop floor control efforts
Coordinate PP&C interfaces with other stakeholders including the Manufacturing Centers, Inventory Operations, Program Master Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Transportation, and Procurement
Present overall material and end item status to MMC management and customers and engage with Operations Planning leadership to ensure strategic goals and initiatives are progressing to plan
Demonstrate a clear understanding of work in process and be able to effectively communicate status, issues and path forward plans to multiple levels of the organization as well as communicate schedule and cost performance data to program stakeholders
Identify process improvements that will prove to reduce production cost and improve schedule performance
Our employees working in this level of position typically have 3 - 6 years of experience.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience/combined education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel experience
• Due to programs being supported, United States citizenship is required
• 1-2 years of Supply Chain Management experience a plus (including one of the following: Production Planning and Control, Project Management, Inventory Management, Material Management or Logistics, Procurement or Subcontract Administration), or experience in a field related to Production Operations Management (Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Program or Production Planning).
• Experience working with Microsoft Project
• Knowledge and understanding of scheduling theory and practices in a manufacturing center
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems
• Material Resource Planning experience
• Independent self-starter with the ability to think proactively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment
• Strong customer service skills.
