The Manufacturing Planners help prepare and coordinate plans and schedules to communicate master schedule requirements. Generate reports and develop metrics to status performance to leadership. Identify issues and concerns, and evaluate impact to operations. Act as coordinator for hardware age management. Assist in the development of medium and long range forecasts. Interact with internal and external organizations such as engineering, procurement, finance and production. Work under general direction in answering what-if drills and special studies. Participate in process improvement activities in various functional areas.
Basic Qualifications:
Actively enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, Project Management, or other related degree program from an accredited college/university.

This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Supply Chain management principles, purchasing, procurement, delivery, reporting, analytics. Experience with SAP business tools. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail and quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel or Project. Lean manufacturing, six-sigma experience.
