Lockheed Martin is looking for a Systems Requirements and Verification Lead for the Ascent element of the Integrated Human Lander System (IHLS)

As the Systems Requirements and Verification Lead for the IHLS, you will support the SEIT Director to execute the activities required to support the NASA IHLS contract. The Systems Requirements and Verification Lead Sr Manager's team:
• Establishes system architecture and CONOPS, perform system level design and decomposition into requirements
• Performs system analysis and interface definition and management/ execution
• Leads studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities
• Oversees all electrical performance and integration, power modeling, channelization/electrical interconnect management, compatibility analysis, and electrical subsystem designs to ensure compliance with the spacecraft level technical baseline, maintaining end to end compatibility, functional allocations and margins
• Provides independent review and cross-program coordination to ensure subsystem designs are mechanically compatible
• Supports Space Vehicle test activities in space vehicle factory and at Launch Site
• Leads and coordinates design reviews and technical product reviews
• Leads failure investigations and anomaly resolution boards

Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
• Experience in one or more of the following: Identifying, decomposing, allocating and verifying/validating requirements
• Experience Participating in Systems Engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR)
• Experience Coordinating with multiple key partners
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or closely related field
• 5+ years of experience as an L-Coded leader
• Systems Engineering process experience across the complete program lifecycle
Desired Skills:
• 12+ years with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test, with broad based and in-depth knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level
• Customer interface experience, preferably NASA customer experience
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and external customers
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
• Master's Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
• Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with the demonstrated ability to apply them to a wide range of complex problems and train others in their application
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals
