IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be the lead interface to the rest of the sub-systems (FSW, Avionics, Mechanical, Thermal, etc.)

- Take ownership of the hardware through-out its entire life cycle


YOU WILL TYPICALLY HAVE:
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

- 9 years of experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- You have proven expertise in GNC hardware

- You have worked with hardware suppliers

- You have experience with generating and reviewing hardware specifications and ICDs

- Demonstrated experience in component engineering thought-out the entire life cycle from requirements generation through design, integration, qualification, verification, and validation of GN&C hardware for space applications.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

- You have the ability as a phenomenal teammate to build consensus among peers and form effective relationships with team members

- Ability to acquire a DOD security clearance (TS/SCI)
Desired Skills:
- You are experienced with the LM space vehicle product line

- You have an active TS/SCI clearance

- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through anomaly resolution as well as work solely to support a fast paced schedule

- Proven knowledge of other subsystems and electrical / mechanical domain knowledge

- Launch Support and Operations experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You have strong social skills

- You are a demonstrated strong communicator, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers.
