We are looking for a Ground Systems Design Engineering Lead to be the Certified Product Engineer with all phases of a product design cycle. As the Design Engineer you will help with requirements and test specification generation; design of rack, chassis and analog/digital systems including engineering drawing development of schematics, wiring diagrams and assembly drawings. You will collaborate with vendors for parts selection, procurement support and by providing fabrication support in both a lab and production environment.

Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
electronics or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Analog and digital circuit design experience.
- Lab skills including test equipment operation, debug and verification testing.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with circuit simulation and schematic
generation.
- Extensive analog/digital hardware integration experience. - Experience working electrical ground system operations. - Familiar with typical business practices.
- Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Clear, confident, concise, coherent oral and written communication skills.
