The Facilities Protection Supervisor with supervise employees who provide physical security and fire protection to safeguard personnel and property. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. You may also coordinate the activities of patrol cars, emergency firefighting equipment, radar, closed-circuit TV, and communications systems.

Additionally, you will establish regular security inspections and coordinates with firefighting and civil law-enforcement agencies.

Ability to work all shifts and locations across the Denver metro area is desired.

Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in law enforcement, security or fire.
- Understanding of the Incident Command Structure consistent with FEMA National Incident Management System / Incident Command System.
- Familiar with security, fire, medical, and crisis management protocols.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License.
- Employment is contingent upon receiving a positive recommendation through a psychological screening.
Desired Skills:
- DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance.
- Experience working union contract administration and managing represented employees.
- Comfortable with public speaking, providing briefings and associated training to large groups, and the ability to liaison with with internal and external customers.
- Prior PP&ES (plant protection and emergency services) experience or other facilities security experience.
- Prior medical First Responder experience and the ability to obtain AED/CPR certification.
- Knowledge of Industrial Security practices, Crisis Management procedures, and Fire Compliance responsibilities.
- Prior military and/or law enforcement experience.
- Firearms proficiency.
- Ability to work all shifts and locations across the Denver metro area.
