Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or designing electronics hardware.

• Demonstrated experience with the production and of electronics hardware.

• US with the ability to obtain and maintain a .
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) as a Program or Control Account
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, subordinates, and customers
• Demonstrated experience in program execution in development programs
• Previous experience with NASA customer
• Previous experience with human rated
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractor hardware development
• Demonstrated experience working directly with government customers on definition, planning, integration/operations and performance briefings
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering personnel development and performance assessment
