The IHLS organization is looking for a highly motivated Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the Electrical Ground Support Equipment Engineering team.

As an Electronics Engineering Manager your team will perform & support the design coordination, development, incremental system test, and customer acceptance test for electronic & electrical Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) used for Lockheed Martin Space missions. You will manage the research, design, development, and testing of a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Technical field-of-vision includes research and evaluation of:
•Commercial off-the-shelf telemetry encoders
•Radio Frequency subsystem
•Analog & digital electrical circuits
•Mixed-signal processing
•Power supplies, packaging, containers, and interconnect equipment and components for use in automated test equipment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
electronics or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 14+ years of applicable technical experience with 5+ years’ experience with Electrical Ground Support Equipment
- Experiences in supporting design & implementation of large & complex electrical projects.

Desired Skills:
• Be a full spectrum leader with ability to interpret and implement specific requirements and coordinate design evolutionary processes.
• Ability to lead a large & complex project working with multiple engineering disciplines and the design team in delivering the final product.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) concept and execute the project in meeting the technical and business objectives.
• Full understanding of risk management ensure product risks are identified early to mitigate & minimize any adverse impact.
• Possess Can-Do attitude, and ability to identify and execute required steps to bring projects to successful closure.
• Candidate shall possess expertise in his/her field of disciplines and is a Certified Product Engineer (CPE) with vision to monitor both technical and business aspects ensuring the proper execution of projects assigned.
• Excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills required to interface with individuals from various disciplines while performing complex serial and parallel tasks required to successfully deliver support equipment products to our Customer.
