Description:WHAT WE’RE DOING
C4ISR: Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance

Across air, land, sea and space, thousands of sensors onboard manned and unmanned military platforms are collecting huge amounts of data. These Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems task, collect, process, analyze, fuse and disseminate the most mission-critical information. The threats our customers face require us to deliver innovation at scale, and with greater agility than ever before, to address their toughest challenges and ensure they stay ahead of ready.

THE WORK
In this important role you will:
• Support the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in developing, maintaining and overseeing the cybersecurity of assigned programs.
• Perform auditing of information systems, to include monitoring and recognizing non-compliance, suspicious and anomalous activity (i.e. threats), and reporting such activity to appropriate parties.
• Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan
• Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) to address non-compliance in accordance with the Continuous Monitoring Strategy.
• Assist in investigations of computer security violations and incidents, reporting as necessary to Program Security Representatives, Program Managers, and the Counterintelligence team.
• Monitor and correlate data (e.g. logs, events, activity, etc.) from a variety of sources (e.g. Splunk, Trellix, Nessus, etc.) to identify and mitigate threats, vulnerabilities, and non-compliance.
• Participate in Configuration Control Boards by conducting risk assessments on proposed changes.

Please Note:
• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
• This position is full-time onsite at Deer Creek Facility in Littleton, CO.

WHO WE ARE
You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical professionals including system/network administrators, cybersecurity engineers, program security, and communications security on key programs in collateral and Special Compartmented Information (SCI) environments. You will work with cross-functional, multi-site teams and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic mission-focused environment and adept at working with geographically dispersed teams.

WHO YOU ARE
You appreciate the compliance side of cybersecurity and can visualize and understand complex systems in order to better manage risks and vulnerabilities. At the same time, you find it easy (and also fun) interacting with colleagues and customers. You thrive and do your best in a collaborative and agile environment. You can work under general supervision and have general understanding and application of technical security principles, theories, and concepts in the field.

A level 2 employee is typically early career and has 2+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
