Job Responsibilities
Description:Who We Are:
We are the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program, a dedicated initiative within the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. TSS delivers the Air Force’s premier Cross‑Domain Solution (CDS) – Trusted Manager (TMAN) – and the U.S. Navy’s premier Cross‑Domain Solution (CDS) – Radiant Mercury. For more than 20 years, Lockheed Martin has served as the prime contractor for these products, providing secure, resilient information‑flow capabilities across critical military applications and networks.
What We Do:
The TSS program engineers innovative, cyber‑resilient solutions that protect and defend the transmission of time‑sensitive, high‑value data in contested environments. As hardware, software, and supply‑chain risks intensify, the program delivers advanced CDS technology to mitigate vulnerabilities, ensure secure data exchange, and sustain mission‑critical operations for our customers.
The Work:
As a Documentation Analyst on the RMS TSS team, you will be at the center of configuration‑data management and contract data delivery. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Interpreting customer proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) to develop Configuration‑Data Management (CDM) basis‑of‑estimates and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL) delivery schedules.
• Creating and maintaining document‑number schemas, version‑control procedures, and record‑retention policies that guarantee the integrity of every deliverable.
• Generating “soon‑due” lists, tracking CDRL/SDRL metrics, and driving on‑time submissions to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitating Engineering Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards, and Risk & Opportunity Management Boards by providing clear documentation and supporting decision‑making.
• Developing and updating CDM Plans and Standard Operating Procedures for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) / Engineering & Test (E&T) programs, supporting the broader TSS configuration‑management effort.
• Releasing approved deliverables and non‑deliverable documents, applying rigorous controls to preserve document fidelity throughout the lifecycle.
All tasks are performed under general supervision, allowing you to collaborate closely with senior engineers while exercising independent judgment on day‑to‑day activities.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in managing the full document lifecycle and delivering contract data with precision. You understand how meticulous configuration management underpins mission‑critical programs, and you thrive when collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to keep information accurate, secure, and on schedule.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in document‑lifecycle management, configuration management, or contract data delivery, including work with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) and Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRL).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SharePoint, the Microsoft Office suite, and other configuration‑management tools.
