Description:We are a dynamic and diverse team on a recurring multi-year, critical program, seeking a Regulatory Documentation Analyst with a Data Management (DM) background who likes to be challenged, solve problems, and be a contributing member of a highly skilled Agile program.

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Documentation Analyst. In this role, you will participate in interpreting customers’ proposals statements of work (SOWs) to develop CDM basis of estimates, CDRL delivery schedules for planning, tracking, document number schema and formal submission for document release. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members. This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

DM analyst support includes following the Configuration Data Management (CDM) Plan and Standard Operating Procedures for the C2 Ground programs. Analyze and interpret CDRL requirements lists. Generate soon due lists to ensure on-time CDRL delivery submittals, and track CDRL metrics. Evaluate documentation for accuracy and compliance and submit documents to appropriate boards for disposition. Release and deliver approved deliverable and non-deliverable documents while implementing controls to ensure document integrity and record retention. Performs tasks under general supervision.
Knowledge of DM life cycle and document workflow processes. Experience in scheduling, tracking and submitting contractually required data. Ability to effectively facilitate Engineering Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards, Process Review Boards, Risk & Opportunity Management Boards, and Program Change Control Boards.
As a member of our Code Name: “DogPatch” development team, you will work directly with domain experts and technical staff to support configuration control of front-end and/or back-end applications and services that are integrated into Lockheed Martin “SkunkWorks” product lines. Basic Qualifications:
• BS degree in related field
• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and thrive on technical challenges
• Strong organizational skills and possess a thorough approach to problem solving
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of and/or experience with Data Management: scheduling, tracking and submitting data and working with data repositories
•1 year of professional experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $49,700 - $87,515. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
