Description:This position fulfills a Cyber System Security role with the RMS Cyber Resiliency organization primarily in support of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber-defense, Combat systems (C6), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) (known as C6ISR) programs and other LM programs based at the LM RMS Deer Creek Facility in Littleton, Colorado as part of a highly skilled, team-oriented, and collaborative environment. Under experienced guidance from senior team members, the selected candidate will implement the Risk Management Framework (RMF) as solutions in areas impacting customers’ information systems for security architecture, implementation, Authorization & Assessment (A&A) events, and trade studies. The selected candidate will execute Cyber Systems Security Engineering principles towards ongoing projects by ensuring the program stakeholders are elated with performance execution and delivery, achieving customer mission milestone success. The selected candidate will also support technical and operational requirements derived by senior level Cyber Systems Security Engineering personnel towards development of security activities necessary to support and evaluate system changes by assessing their impact on the overall system security posture. The candidate will to operate with guided supervision in a dynamic, customer-focused environment across multiple programs and projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related technological discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

- Current active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance

- Active Security+ or related certification (per customer DoD 8140.01/8570 mandate)

- Working knowledge of operating systems

- Demonstrated experience performing Cyber Security or System Administration activities
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or 0 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.

- Current/Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

- Demonstrated no less than 2 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence programs with experience using the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

- Experience with implementation of DoD or Intel RMF requirements, policies, and processes to include Authorization & Assessment (A&A)

- Experience performing Cyber Security Engineering activities in support of software and system requirements, design, development, testing, and sustainment

- Demonstrated no less than 3 years of hands-on experience executing system security hardening on different operating systems, software, and technologies based on NIST 800-53 Security Controls, DISA STIGs, and SRGs

- Demonstrated experience analyzing and implementing NIST SP 800-53 security controls on information systems including enterprise datacenters, mobile units, and virtualized environments

- Experience with risk and vulnerability assessments

- Hands-on experience with network and endpoint hardening and management methodologies

- Hands-on experience with setting up and executing system vulnerability scanning tools

- Hands-on experience with virtualized infrastructures configuration/hardening

- Working knowledge of auditing tools, SIEM, and strategies

- Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management tools and strategies

- Working knowledge of System Integrity strategies and common software

- Working knowledge of network and endpoint hardening and management methodologies

- Working knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.) including containerization

- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash/Shell, YAML, and/or Python

- Experience writing technical documentation

- Demonstrated hands-on experience performing system administration functions including operating system hardening, configuration management, and/or identity management

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $71,400 - $136,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
