Agile Project Engineer

Description: The Agile Project Engineer will be part of a small team that focuses on research and development within the cyber engineering field, investigating and exploiting the newest technological advances to solve complex problems. This team works in close coordination with Customers throughout the development process. The environment is reminiscent of a 'start-up' and value innovation, creativity, and collaboration. Curiosity and determination compliments this team very well and enables the most creative solutions.

The Responsibilities for the Agile Project Engineer Include:
• Coordinating, planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
• Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Desired Skills: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc

Experience with system provisioning tools such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet, etc

Experience in proposal development and negotiations or other contracting activities

Experience as liaison to external organizations including customers and subcontractors

Highly organized, efficient, proactive, and self-motivated
Basic Qualifications: TS/SCI w/Poly clearance or eligibility for reinstatement.

Shown experience with Software Developers

Shown experience with IT infrastructure

Familiarity with Cloud Computing

Demonstrated understanding of agile development within a scrum team.

Experience with requirements definition and flowdown

Demonstrated ability to communicate and present information effectively to all stakeholders
