System Administrator Project Manager

Description:This position is located at the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in Linthicum, MD and assigned to Customer Engagement (CE) in the DoD-Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE). DCISE CE is the operational entry point for DIB Partners and USG Stakeholders. This branch is responsible for all external customer support, including DIB Partner Onboarding, DIBNet Management and outreach services to promote DIB participation, and communication and collaboration in the DIB CS Program. The successful candidate will serve as liaison among a variety of government agencies and private industry and the primary system administrator for multiple mission systems.
Basic Qualifications:
.Significant experience effectively engaging, interacting, and collaborating at all levels of an organization
.Technical (informal al) education to demonstrate basic fluency in cyber security or information technology
.Strong experience working in customer service capacity with a large, diverse customer portfolio
.Demonstrated ability to manage/lead large-size projects of varying scope and complexity including tasks/milestones, deadlines, and prioritizing simultaneous request
.Experience in all basic system administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports/dashboards, workflows and end-user technical support
.Ability to perform evaluation, scope and completion of new development requirements within system
.Ability to perform data/trend analysis, aggregation, event correlation
. Experience tracking metrics, developing lessons learned and identifying
.Experience resolving issues with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) authentication
.Self-Starter and ability to work well in a eam/collaborative environment
Desired Skills:
.Experience supporting DoD cyber security related missions
.Experience as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administrator
.Familiar with Salesforce platform with ability to build custom apps and objects, workflows, reports and dashboard
.Salesforce ADM201 AND ADM211 certified
