• Within LM Space, the Death Valley program is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the program in a Systems Engineer – IT role. This role is envisioned as a broad role working primarily in System Administration as well as contributing to the team in other capacities, such as Cyber Security, software development, and/or software testing, depending on the skillset of the selected candidate. This exciting position will fill a critical need in the new and emerging area of protecting space assets.
• As part of an Agile team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks in various areas across the mission and collaborate with the development teams, contractors, customers, and subject matter experts.
• You will work closely with the Chief Engineer and Architect to support Customer design reviews, and various other milestone events.

Basic Qualifications:
• Systems Administration experience
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain Security+ certification within first 3 months after start date)
• Ability to obtain SCI and additional program accesses (not required prior to starting)
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Cyber Security tasks
• Experience in C# or C/C++
• Experience in .NET
• Experience in software testing
• Domain knowledge of mission planning and scheduling
• Domain knowledge of command and control
• Experience with Git, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience working on an Agile team
• Experience producing quality documentation
• Full development lifecycle experience
