Description:The candidate for this position will support programs in our USW portfolio including Towed Array Programs, Thin Line Towed Array Handling System and others.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Excellent business acumen and ability to make business based decisions

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work with all levels of management

Ability to coach and mentor other less experienced personnel

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Desired Skills:
Prefer a candidate with both development and production experience skills. Candidate must have advanced Supply Chain Management skills. Candidate must be proficient in P2P. Proposal experience is desired.
