We are seeking a Software Engineering Associate Manager who will manage and grow a multi-disciplined development team, delivering technically complex solutions.

This role will include planning and coordinating program engagements, establishing and maintaining effective customer relations; supporting employees in their career development aspirations, and recruitment of top technical talent.

Additionally, this role comprises a large technical individual contributor component as a member of the Space Software Factory.

You will be able to learn new concepts quickly, solve challenging problems, and apply that understanding to the software products.

Basic Qualifications:
-DevSecOps Experience
-Kubernetes Experience
-Open Container Initiative Experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
Desired Skills:
-Familiarity with LM Customer Security Processes and Requirements
-Automated Deployments via Terraform
-Automated Configuration Management and Deployments via Ansible
-Service Mesh Experience including security controls Istio and -Open Policy Agent
-Environment Monitoring and Logging via Prometheus and the EFK Stack
-Platform One Familiarity
Current TS/SCI is desired

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
