This Lockheed Martin Software Engineering position might be for you if you are interested in working on both Operations and Agile development teams. Software Engineers will be involved in all phases of the Operations and Agile development process including capability definition, design, development, test, and demonstration. You will work on the Enterprise Management (EM) and Computer Network Defense (CND) team and in this role you will:

- Ad-hoc support to the Agile development team
- Perform daily vulnerability assessment, threat assessment, mitigation and reporting activities in order to provide CND safeguards of information assets.
- Monitor Audit logs of all assets for misuse/security issues and take appropriate actions to correct/mitigate identified security issues.
- Monitor virus/malware protection within client infrastructure and any pending virus/malware threats outside the environment.h
- HBSS ePO and component installation/configuration/management
- Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
- Participate in internal/external security audits/inspections; performs risk assessments.
- Inform ISSM on technical IS security matters.
- Assist in conduct of investigations of computer security violations and incidents, reporting as necessary to both the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and Program Managers.
- Ensure proper protection and / or corrective measures have been taken when an incident or vulnerability has been discovered.

A final Top Secret SCI clearance is required for the position.

Basic Qualifications:
• Final TS DoD and TS/SCI Clearances
• Experience with Linux Administration (i.e., RH6.x, RH7.x)
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (i.e., 2008 R2/2012/2016)
• Knowledgeable of operating system security requirements
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills (written and oral)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (i.e., system hardening, log management, configuration management (i.e., HBSS, McAfee, Nessus, WSUS, SCCM, ACAS, SCAP, etc.))
• Arcsight, Flexconnector, Kiwi, syslog and Tripwire experience
• Knowledge of Scripting and Automation (i.e., Ansible, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, etc.)
• Java experience
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Security + Certification
• Demonstrated technical experience for Windows, Networking, and UNIX-based operating systems
• In depth experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management
• Knowledgeable in Solaris/UNIX/Linux command line
• Experience implementing complex technologies at multiple classification levels within large environments and at an Enterprise level
