As the product owner for the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team you will:
• Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for
the Mk7 SEIT Core team with oversight for cost and schedule execution
• Drive execution of the development of a wide variety of systems engineering documentation, including environmental documentation and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products
• Establish and execute Earned Value Management (EVM) business rhythms related to the Mk7 SEIT Core team, partnering closely with your finance, integrated planning, and technical lead teammates
• Coordinate the planning, organizing, control,
integration and completion of Engineering
projects within area of assigned responsibility
• Collaborate with all levels of personnel within
the team, other functional departments,
programs, and government personnel
• Support proposal development for follow on contract work as well as long range planning activities
• Support other duties as assigned by IPT Lead
including execution of program management
duties
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
or equivalent experience
• Project management experience or related equivalent experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles or related equivalent experience
• U.S. citizenship required and ability to obtain a
Top Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience throughout engineering lifecycle
(system definition, design, build, test and
operational deployment)
• Experience evaluating programmatic and
technical risks and effectively developing
mitigation activities
• Experience leading / integrating solutions for
geographically disperse teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to
resolve complex technical issues
• Experience developing Basis of Estimates
(BOEs) and Long Range Schedules for cost and
schedule projections
• Experience managing subcontracts, vendors,
and manufacturing
• Experience with design, test, analysis,
manufacturing, and systems engineering
disciplines
• Strong collaboration, communication, and
teamwork skills
• A continuous learning mindset and a desire to help your team be successful personally and professionally

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
