Description:This position is for an Information Assurance Engineer Staff working for Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS/CIS) in the Identity & Access Management / Directory Authentication Services team. This position provides directories and authentication services as well as Information Security support and services to all LM Business Areas and will be responsible for maintaining and maturing the levels of authentication capability, information security and driving risk reduction initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing Systems Administration / System Engineering to design, test, administer, implement, sustain and dispose of systems in accordance with Corporate policy, compliance and Services procedures.
- Develop, maintain all supporting documentation such as but not limited to; System Design, Concept of Operations, Knowledge KBAs and SOIs as integral pieces of the capabilities that are a part of the DAS portfolio.
- Serving in Senior technical role & making sound recommendations to assist decision maker in order to provide guidance, direction, leadership, training, and mentoring to fellow engineers
-Identifying current and potential legal and regulatory issues affecting information security, and assessing their impact to the company
- Interfacing with Business Area management, Corporate Information Security (CIS) peers, and other organizations to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures
-Providing security oversight for new or proposed IT implementations
-Supporting other IPT’s as needed
- Supporting special assignments requested by customer leadership
- Working with elements within the LM Business Area IT and EBS EO as needed to ensure the security posture of the business
-Preparing security reports and presentations for immediate team, program/project stakeholders, public forums and senior management
-Supporting flexible work hours, off-hours/on call/overtime
-Supporting business-required travel as needed
-Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Information Security practices, including:
§ Conducting supplier assessments
§ Conducting site assessments
§ Active Directory
§ PowerShell
§ Creating and reviewing scripts\\application code
§ Cloud (AWS\\Azure) authentication methodology
The selected candidate will work directly with various LM employees, customers, and partners. Candidates should have 12 -14 years of information security or information technology experience, be a U.S. citizen in order to obtain secret level clearance and bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber security, or related field is required. Position can be located at any major Lockheed Martin Facility in US or Puerto Rico.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience gathering technical requirements, engineering solutions or making architecture decisions based a mix of technical and/or business requirements. Candidate will have experience interacting with various teams and stakeholders to effectively organize and derive solution options requiring multiple priorities and actions.

§ Strong rigor and analytical skills demonstrated by related work experience
§ Good working knowledge of Splunk log collection, ability to create reports and custom dashboards
§ Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment to resolve problems and implement change in a timely manner.
§ Demonstrated experience conducting technical security assessments and developing threat models
§ Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills e.g. ability to author / test and provide architecture oversight for comprehensive system designs, test plans, change requests.
§ Demonstrated ability to work on virtual teams and good interpersonal skills
§ Solid Hands-On Windows System Administration, Active Directory Administration Troubleshooting Skills
§ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance
§ 10+ Years of experience working with Designing, Administering and Supporting Microsoft Active Directory in an Enterprise environment.
§ Significant experience with advanced concepts of Active Directory specifically constrained delegation (SPNs, Key Tabs), delegated rights administration model, GPOs\\GPMC, Kerberos authentication
§ Advanced experience with scripting languages specifically Microsoft PowerShell, Active State Perl and Visual Studio
§ 10+ Years’ Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Technologies - Microsoft System Center, Hyper-V virtualization

§ Effective written and verbal communication skills
§ Knowledge and experience with Splunk Enterprise
§ Experience with Service Central Suite
§ Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ
§ Experience Developing Security Threat Models
§ Experience working with Dell Migration Manager
