As a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) IPT Lead for the Sentinel program, you will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Systems Engineering team. The IPT Lead will oversee daily tasking across a multi-functional team, including but not limited to, engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, planning and production. This position will work closely with the Control Account Managers (CAMs) of record for multiple control accounts associated with SEIT, as well as other IPT Leads on the program. The role is challenging, but also very rewarding with significant potential for exposure and career advancement in the Program Management function.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Cost, Schedule, and Technical execution for selected product(s), with a focus on meeting delivery commitment dates.
• Resolving programmatic challenges within your scope, identifying risks, and establishing risk mitigation activities
• Supporting the overall programmatic business rhythm for baseline management, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall Earned Value Management (EVM) performance of your span of control.
• Developing a baseline plan and managing overall execution of support organizations which are required to ensure program execution success
• Reporting to the Sentinel Program Managers and customer counterparts at recurring reviews within the program business rhythm
• Coordinating staffing requirements for your scope with the entire program leadership team for consolidation of total program requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering, Management, or Technical Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong system engineering skill set, or related
engineering field with detailed knowledge of
Systems Engineering concepts and processes
• Experience developing and executing cost and
schedule baselines
• Understanding of Control Account Management
(CAM) responsibilities, including Earned Value
Management (EVM) and managing performance
metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, including an ability to interact effectively
with staff, customers, management, and peers
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with multiple functions
simultaneously to execute a program, including
Program Management, Engineering, Production,
Supply Chain, Planning and Finance
• Proven experience in driving and implementing
affordability and producibility changes, especially
those directly impacting program performance
• Direct Control Account Manager (CAM)
experiences, including Earned Value
Management (EVM) and managing performance
metrics
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation tools and
application to improve program performance
• Direct Subcontract Management experience
• Direct Production Operations experience
• Familiar with Air Force Reentry Vehicle
programs and Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center
/ ICBM Customer
• Experience across the entire program life cycle

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
