Description:This position is for a RF Engineer to support the Advanced Programs and Weapons Platform Integration projects. The candidate will in a dynamic and exciting environment, utilizing their RF experience in support of multiple efforts. Tasks include engineering RF solutions to complex problems, testing RF gear in our RF lab and implementing those solutions on field-able systems. Works under general direction from senior team members to ensure product development is aligning with higher level program goals.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
BS EE or equivalent experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance is a "MUST HAVE" to be considered for this position.
Experience with Matlab, STK, or similar analytical tools
Ability to define end-to-end performance and functionality of a RF communications subsystem, consistent with mission needs and CONOPS
Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements, perform trade studies, and allocate functions down to a RF communications subsystem
A team player with the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with suppliers and peers
Desired Skills:
MS EE or equivalent experience
Experience developing RF link budgets
Familiarity with RF communications subsystems hardware and interfaces
Familiarity with satellite communications constellations and/or services (commercial and/or military)
Familiarity with waveform modulation and coding techniques and their impact on RF communication subsystem performance
Experience with Integration & Test of RF communications subsystems
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
Active TS/SCI clearance
