As the Property Manager for this position, your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Ensure compliance of the Property Management Business System on multiple major LM Space Prime Contracts/Programs for the lifecycle of assets in accordance with LM Space Command Media, FAR, NASA, DFARS and other governing regulatory requirements.
Managing teams at multiple LM Prime site locations and remote locations.
Manage the Property Custodian Program at local site.
Provides guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements.
Direct interface for Government Customers and LM Space Internal audits.
Ability to conduct Property Management Self-Assessments and provide metrics that are measurable and sustainable to ensure Property Management compliance and maintain an Approved Property Management System.
Managing warehouse/storage operations, fleet and equipment.
Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions of both salaried and non-exempt employees.
Develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP) through identifying Root Cause(s) and tracking CAPs milestones to completion.
Responsible for meeting contractual requirements, schedules and milestones.
Support Sr. Leadership in managing expenses within operating budget.
Basic Qualifications:
Commanding knowledge of the FAR 52.245-1 Government Property Clause, DFARS 252.242-7005 Contractor Business Systems Rules and the requirements, regulations and accountability of managing Government Property.
Minimum of 3+ years demonstrated leadership of a team and within a larger organization.
Experience in managing property (assets) on multiple Government contracts.
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers and leadership.
Experience in project coordination, process improvement development and implementations.
Background and experience in conducting internal self-assessments and supporting external audits.
Familiarity with Contracting Agencies, Jurisdictions, and functions such as Defense Contract Management Administration (DCMA), Plant Clearance Officer (PLCO), Acquisition Contract Officer’s (ACO), Procurement Contract Officer’s (PCO) and DCMA Government Property Administrator’s (DCMA GPA).
Must be US Citizen.
Ability to obtain and possess a secret or higher clearance level.
Familiar with ERP/SAP Systems Applications.
Desired Skills:
Possess Professional Property Management Certifications:
- NPMA CPSS, CPPA or CPMM
- DAU
Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Effective written/verbal communication skills.
LM21 Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent lean six sigma training.
Ability to travel.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Suites.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
