Description:Role Overview
This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing production and capital projects with a strong emphasis on new product integration (NPI), CAPEX execution, and strategic production planning. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while supporting capacity planning and risk mitigation efforts. Your work will directly impact production scalability, efficiency, and overall program success.

Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Lead and support new product integration (NPI) efforts from development through production
• Plan and execute capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting
• Develop and maintain the production Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with program and production goals
• Support capacity planning and production scaling strategies to meet demand
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives across production and operations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program and operational risks
• Support project proposals and develop cost estimates and budgets (including Basis of Estimates)
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful project execution
• Provide occasional weekend or off-hour support to maintain production schedule compliance
• Travel as required (up to 25%)

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing project schedules in a manufacturing, operations, or logistics environment
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: new product integration (NPI), capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, budgeting/cost management, capacity planning, strategic planning, or risk mitigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
The following skills are not required but strengthen your candidacy:
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or a similar environment
• Experience with new product integration (NPI) or product introduction in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing CAPEX projects
• Background in budgeting, cost management, and Basis-of-Estimates (BOEs)
• Experience in capacity planning and production scaling
• Exposure to strategic planning within operations or manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience in risk identification and mitigation
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Project leadership or Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
