Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has a virtual opportunity for a Full Stack Engineer Staff, supporting the RMS Lines of Business. This position will support multiple RMS Programs, including Digital Transformation and potential on-program assignments, as needed by the business.
Position responsibilities include:
• Support the design, architecture, development, code review, and testing of key RMS programs
• Support adoption of Software Factory and DevSecOps on RMS Programs by contributing to infrastructure and pipeline automation solutions and assisting RMS Programs in adopting those solutions
• Support proposals across RMS by helping Capture Teams define architectures, solutions and proposal language that incorporates and highlights DevSecOps and Software Factory
• Create and automatically deploy DevSecOps pipeline software infrastructure and applications to connected and isolated standalone networks. This involves creating virtual machines, containers, and deployment package using infrastructure automation tooling such as packer, terraform, Kubernetes, docker, and HELM. In this role the engineer will be part of a team that is creating the infrastructure automation for on premise (VMWare/OpenStack) and off prem (AWS GovCloud).
• Learn about existing Software Factory solutions available in industry and within Lockheed Martin and apply those solutions to RMS Programs
• Transfer knowledge to RMS Program Teams in order to build bench strength in the organization
• Collaborate across the Enterprise with other Business Areas on Software Factory solutions
• Capture Software Factory solutions in the Digital Thread through Model-Based Engineering approaches and tools
• Work closely with the product management and design team to define feature requirements and deliver the product that impacts the business and improves the customer experience
• Possible travel required on occasion < 15%
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering; or equivalent experience/combined education
• DevSecOps concepts
• Proficiency with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
• Agile methodologies
• Ability/willingness to interact with various programs and proposals across RMS and the Corporation

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $178,400 .
