Description:Infrastructure Engineer

This position is for an infrastructure engineer responsible for the implementation and documentation of hardware-in-the-loop development environments, lab and test setups for products. The position will require the ability to create drawings and documentation such as system schematics and rack elevations using CAD tools such as AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical. The position will also include responsibility to perform as a lab manager, implementing solutions for distribution of power, RF signaling, and local area networks. The candidate should be able to demonstrate mechanical acumen as it applies to rack design and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for defining and tracking equipment needs and executing processes for equipment maintenance including support and license renewals. The candidate should be process , and serve as a champion for the execution of best practices for both lab and documentation/drawing methodologies. The candidate should be comfortable managing resources across multiple programs, and will be required to coordinate with stakeholders on a regular basis to resolve any resource contention should the case arise.

The flexibility to perform various additional functions is especially valued. The candidate will have the opportunity to engage in tasks that traverse a broad spectrum of skills. Skills that are especially applicable include:

- operating system

Although experience in all the skills is not required, the candidate should demonstrate a willingness and aptitude to learn in these areas.
Basic Qualifications:
- Lab or development infrastructure experience
- Documentation and drawing skills, CAD

- Effective oral and written communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a rapid paced, team environment
- Familiarity with development methodologies and collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Sharepoint
